In consideration of my engagement as a model, I hereby grant to Rex Szeto ('Photographer'), his/her legal representatives, and assigns, the perpetual and unrestricted right and to take, use, modify, and publish photographs and/or videos of me or in which I may be included, for promotion, art, editorial, trade, competitions, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to alter and composite the same without restriction and without my inspection or approval.
I understand that photographs taken or supplied by Photographer shall not be cropped, altered or distorted in any way when presented to the public, and that the Photographer shall be credited as the author of the published work by including Photographer's social media tag.
I hereby release Photographer, his/her legal representatives, and assigns from all claims, demands, suits, expenses, and all other liability relating to said photographs, videos and the photography session.
